We have had five rzrs. Wanted a cheap door since i only use them when it s blistering cold i came up with this idea. Select a polaris rzr sxs to customize. Hey new here but just wanted to show you all the half doors my father and me made for his rzr.

Pivoting spare tire carrier. 800 2016 turbo 2019 turbo s 2019 turbo and a 170. It has a bear claw latch system and greaseable lift off hinges. Hinges outward easy to get in and out comes off easy.

This is how you attach the cable to the latch. Cut off the back side of the handle that went through the latch. It was constructed of 1 od 11ga wall tubing. Drill a hole though a bolt and weld it to the inside of the handle. Loved all of them. The world leader is off road adrenaline in performance side by sides.

Just thought id post a few pics of my homemade doors. We trail ride rock crawl and a lot of dunes. Saved by allen frady. On my rhino i welded the stock door latch catch to the roll bar behind the seats.
